Hi all,

It’s not serious and she should be on her last day or two of a fever. Anyways, my wife has to go to Sacramento for business and my mother is also sick, so I must stay home with John today. I’m available through the usual means and will be working as much as possible.

I started coughing (after being repeatedly attacked with sponge bullets in this violent isle :D), and I think that is not a very popular sound these days, so I am going home early to keep it out of the office. Tomorrow school is out for my son, so I have to work from home. But available via usual channels.

My son, John, was jumping with his bike yesterday evening and fractured his clavicle bone. I have to take him to an Orthopedic appointment today in Santa Teresa at 9 AM. I will be running him there, back home in Gilroy and then heading into the office. Be there as soon as I can.

The dentist’s treatment has left me slightly dizzy. So, I am working from home. I plan to come to office if I feel relatively better.

Ooto.tumblr.com contains a collection of quotes, extracted from American companies, and based on a simple recipe: in a few sentences, users who have to work from home (instead of coming to the office) has to tell to their coworkers (and manager usually) why they won’t be able to join the office.

This website collect those quotes and published them to the world.

This is a space where you can read it all out and maybe realize that you are not alone in experiencing day-to-day WFH crap email :-)
